DVDs Of The Interview To Be Dropped By Air On North Korea

Sony Pictures' nightmare, The Interview was finally released Christmas day 2014 after all the allegations and counter-allegations about the Sony hack. The movie is now in cinemas and was even downloaded illegally through torrent sites.

However there is a place where you still can' get it; and that place is the country the movie is about, North Korea. That's about to come to an end if the plans of Par Sang-Hak, a defector and activist comes to fruition. He plans to airdrop 100,000 copies of the movie using balloons before the end of January. The movie will be in DVDs and USB and the airdrop is aimed at making North Koreans see their president as someone who is less than perfect.

However doubts exist as to how the the movie will be watched as only few citizens own a computer or DVD player. If the plan works, it is certain to irk the North Korean government and we are certainly waiting to see its reaction.
